False Prophet

The behavior of the "False Prophet" is specifically described in only six verses of one chapter of the Bible: Revelation 13. He is described as wielding equal power or authority as the Antichrist, but he is not as prominent, and supports the Antichrist. He is the power behind the throne of the empire. His identity will be revealed through his actions.

Rev 13:11-16 NLT
11 Then I saw another beast come up out of the earth. He had two horns like those of a lamb, but he spoke with the voice of a dragon.
12 He exercised all the authority of the first beast. And he required all the earth and its people to worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed.
13 He did astounding miracles, even making fire flash down to earth from the sky while everyone was watching.
14 And with all the miracles he was allowed to perform on behalf of the first beast, he deceived all the people who belong to this world. He ordered the people to make a great statue of the first beast, who was fatally wounded and then came back to life.
15 He was then permitted to give life to this statue so that it could speak. Then the statue of the beast commanded that anyone refusing to worship it must die.
16 He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead.

The false prophet has the technological ability to do seven things.

And he required all the earth and its people to worship the first beast
1st He supports a fascist leader.
He did astounding miracles, even making fire flash down to earth from the sky while everyone was watching.

2nd He commands space assets.
he deceived all the people who belong to this world.
3rd He commands a communication platform capable of reaching all the people on the earth.
He ordered the people to make a great statue of the first beast
4th He has the ability to create an android in the appearance of the Antichrist.
He was then permitted to give life to this statue so that it could speak.
5th He has the ability to create an evil AI (LLM) to animate the android.
Then the statue of the beast commanded that anyone refusing to worship it must die.
6th He has equipped the android with offensive weapons to kill.
He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead.
7th He is able to require all who participate in the Antichrist's economy to implant a biometric identifier to the person's body.

In my book, I identify Elon Musk as checking all the boxes as being the "False Prophet". But there is one characteristic of the "False Prophet" which bears pondering. In verse 1 of Revelation 13, the Antichrist is introduced as follows.

1 Then I saw a beast rising up out of the sea. It had seven heads and ten horns, with ten crowns on its horns.

We know from the book of Daniel and other parts of Revelation, that the horns represent European countries (and the crowns the leaders) that will form the foundation of the political power of the Antichrist.

The "False Prophet" is introduced similarly to the Antichrist, but he is from a different region of the earth. Instead of representing ten nations in Europe, he represents two countries. The identity of these two countries is unknown.

11 Then I saw another beast come up out of the earth. He had two horns like those of a lamb, but he spoke with the voice of a dragon.

The two horns like those of a lamb indicate that the two countries are peaceful. They may or may not have large militaries but choose not to be aggressive in their use.

Speculative future where Elon Musk's base of power derives from two countries

Elon Musk is the wealthiest individual in the world. He currently holds triple citizenship. He was born in 1971 and raised in South Africa, so he has South African citizenship. His mother was Canadian and so he also became a Canadian citizen in 1989. He became a naturalized US citizen in 2002. Since he is not a native born US citizen, he cannot become president of the USA.

Scenario #1

Elon Musk will be elected president of the USA and prime minister of Canada. This election will require changes to the US Constitution. Since Musk is supporting Trump and becoming involved in the USA government, Trump could wield his influence over Congress and the Supreme Court to help change the constitution to allow Musk to run for president (as well as allow Trump to run for a third term). The Canadian prime minister does not have to native born, so this would not be a problem in Canada.

Objections to Scenario #1
Since the USA is identified as Babylon in my book, it would be odd that the "False Prophet" is not described as the "king of Babylon" in scripture. True, but this could be explained by understanding that Elon Musk's power does not derive from being president of the USA, but from his great wealth and control over tech companies. As conditions in the USA degrade under the trumpet and bowl judgments, Musk could simply live abroad (especially after the financial collapse of the USA).

Scenario #2

Imagine that Trump decides he wants to run for president for a third term. The Supreme Court initially says no, but Trump appoints additional Supreme Court justices until he gets the answer he wants. The blue states cry foul and refuse to put Trump on the ballot in 2028. But the red states do put Trump on the ballot in 2028 and he wins in the red states.

Rather than fight a civil war, the blue states and the red states decide to form two countries with separate governments. Sometime after this, Trump dies. Elon Musk runs for president (after suitable constitutional changes) in both blue USA and red USA and wins both. Thus, Musk becomes the leader of two countries.

Objections to Scenario #2
Since the USA is identified as Babylon in my book, it would be odd that it is described as "Babylon the Great" in scripture when it is represents two governments. True, but the two governments could be reconciled after electing Musk as president and thus act as one government.
